e-portfolio site update

An update to the e-lab portfolio site has been released. This update provides a number of bugfixes and theme changes based on user feedback.
The following are new:
- New theme that addresses screen width issues
- New feature: View collections - this allows you to group multiple views within a collection, providing you with a better way to navigate through different views.
- New feature: Plans - this allows you to set up learning plans with tasks and deadlines.
- New feature: Dashboard. Your homepage on the site is customizable, and can show you a wealth of information at a glance.
- Better usability
- Internal mail - this was previously available, but difficult to find.
