ePortfolio site update

An update to the e-lab portfolio site has been released. This update provides a number of bugfixes and theme changes based on user feedback.
The following are new
- New, wider content area
- CSS fixes that address missing/hidden buttons in View creation screen
- Default country now Canada instead of New Zealand
- "Friends" replaced with "Connections"
- Fixed login field issue in IE 7
- Made the View Layout section in the View Editor a little more noticeable.
- Additional cosmetic tweaks.
Known issues
We are currently having issues with exporting Standalone HTML Websites on some View configurations.
